Let me start by saying Hana was amazing & she was sweet and professional she did my pedicure then I was switched over to someone miserable Didn't get her name because she was extremely rude but the lady who did my nails obviously hated her job & hated being there the customer service was awful and nails were mediocre She offered a new style of nail multiple times, continued to decline and I think that's when she got an attitude, I wanted a full set when I sat down with her she asked me if I wanted a manicure included with the full set because a manicure was sold separately. I asked her exactly what does that mean and basically she described prime and prep which in my experience is a part of the process. She continued to say things like you must not get your nails done a lot & things like this is how it works you maybe just haven't been to a salon in a while. Worse service I've ever experienced. When it was time to pay, they automatically assumed I wasn't gonna tip so I was rushed out I had every intention on tipping Hana but they were just rude I would not suggest this salon. The bedtime manner is just awful, they penny pitch and it's not worth the price

This place has so many nail techs it's hard to tell who is good. They aren't great with newer techniques. I got dip there and it started lifting in a week. Also my mom got nail fungus there. Everyone is nice though and the vibe is ok but probably won't be returning.

I've been a few times and they are nice. Good enough for the basics, nothing too creative.

Such inconsistent service, the last three times were horrible. The last two visits my pedicure was chipping within two days, that's never happened in my life (yes both times). There is clear polish that is still on but the color chipped and gone, last two times an extreme language barrier, gentleman shaped nails not like I asked, several times I kept having to repeat myself, even others in the salon were repeating what I was saying because I was at like 15/20 times stating the same thing. At one point I had to file my own toenails. I stated the pedicure level I wanted and he kept bringing things out (and I kept asking "is this included" and he kept saying "yes" and I figured it was making up for the constant confusion, language barrier, and rectifying how irritated I was becoming (he asked me my nail color at least 5 times) and when I went to pay he overcharged me 20 bucks and the front lady was arguing with me (I paid no problem) but the fact he told me that was the basic and it wasn't and I asked MULTIPLE times and he said yes and I had to pay 50$ for a pedicure which was 20 bucks more than what I asked for it was the end for me. One lady I unfortunately got multiple times never painted the sides, would get mad when I asked her to paint them (I was very kind and patient). I ask to be cut short as possible EVERY TIME and they never listen, it's just been a really an enjoyable experience more times than I can count and I am done giving them anymore business. Really unfortunate because I've been going here for years and it has just tanked.

Please do not go here. They are in the business of getting over on people. I'm always willing to spend on quality. They make prices up as they go. They will tell you one price then change it for something that does not make sense at the register.
