Prisca is Absolutely a true business woman! I called her shoppe last Thursday after having booked an appointment with another Braider on Central Ave that ate & texted on her phone for 45min before I decided to walk out! Came to Prisca's she did an Awesome Job and had me laughing the entire time! So if you want Top Tier Braids and a Comedy Show at the same time and getting out in a good time period Book with het!
Prisca and the ladies have been braiding my hair for YEARS. I've never had my edges snatched out nor have I had a bad experience with these ladies. It always feels like home whenever I'm there. She relocated recently but for the level of service I've received, I'll travel from Gastonia to Charlotte as creditable braiders with fair pricing are few and far in between. We've actually developed a friendship which makes the overall experience worthwhile
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I went in last Thursday to get two rows of my hair redone. One of the braiders get up take my two row out, and does my hair COMPLETELY different then what she took out. I do not do sloppy services, especially when you are getting paid. If you do not know how to take down, and redo braids correctly you should not have gotten up and touched my head. After my service, of course I say something, she tells me come back at a later time for her to fix BUT OF COURSE she is nowhere to be found. Ownership of course has no solution SMH. I will most definitely not return to this shop; terrible service.
