I absolutely love my pedicure with Vi! The attention to the detail of the cleaning of the cuticles was amazing! So clean and I did not feel any pinch whatsoever. This is my forever place for a pedi. I haven't done a mani in along time but now I will start that as well with Vi after seeing her work. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!!

I walked in and they had 1 or 2 customers- it was hard to tell because all the employees were lounging too. I was not greeted or smiled at or acknowledged in any way. I asked a woman who had sat just as I had walked in and looked liked she worked there because she was staring at me. I wanted a toenail smoothed and all cuticles trimmed. She didn't speak very much English and was very difficult to understand. She showed me their prices but I didn't need the other typical pedicure things. So it was not worth it to pay $30+ for services I did not need or want. I thanked her and left. If I had been acknowledged and not left to figure who actually worked there I would have had the pedicure. Customer service skills matter when you work in customer service.

Apparently this is THE nail place in Fremont and so gave it a try and honestly loved my experience. I booked an appointment online for the first slot the very next day and glad they had an opening. Essentially walked in and they started doing my nails. I haven't done nails much but the process was great! I feel like they are very meticulous with the way they do it, adding multiple layers just to give it a more of a defined color. Also, I appreciate that they weren't rough on my cuticles like a lot of other places are so my fingers feel more cared for and not somewhat bleeding when you finish the appointment. Came with my sister and my sister wanted a nail that was inspired by a Pinterest post and I was honestly a bit skeptical that they could do it as it looked quite intricate. However, the results came out better than I had imagined and honestly was impressed by how on point the results were. Definitely will be coming back for future personalized nail needs. I will say that the price is a bit hefty as I paid around $150 for two people. However, I do think their professionalism, their ability to create unique nail designs, as well as the time spent in total (3.5 hours) does warrant the price.

HONESTLY, I've gone to 7363626282629 places and I somehow keep coming back here. I love the people here, especially Connie. She's my FOREVER FAVORITE. She always does a tremendous job and I go home feeling like a BRAND NEW PERSON. Thank you prime nails for always being good to me
