I've been coming to Eve for over a year and she does an amazing job every time. I don't let anyone else do my hair besides her.
The person that braids hair never got be to me I feel like if you are going to be a potential client the least you can do is response.
The braiding was great, hair done by Eve in Walnut Creek location. My concern is the $25 deposit. I was sent a link to use Square app to book the appointment and pay the deposit. When it was time to pay for my braids I was charged for the entire service without the deduction of the deposit. When I inquired about the deduction/deposit, I was told Squate keeps the deposit. I reached out to Square and was told that this was not the case and I needed to speak with the business or contact my bank to dispute the charge. I would like to ask, if anyone else has had this experience. I paid my bill plus gave a $20 tip. My suggestion is that if this is the case, where the deposit is given to the business and not deducted from the final bill; people please don't tip. Allow your $25 to be the tip. Again the braids are beautiful and I would like to use them again. Seeking fair treatment
OMG.. This my first time at this Hair Salon. It was fabulous! The staff was great! Very friendly. My appt was at 8:00 am and I was out by 11:30! Great Job, I'm so happy. I will be back in a month with out a doubt! This is my new hair braiding salon!!! Susan
Pretty Star Brading is absolutely amazing. I was able to book a very last minute appointment online for my daughter. When I arrived the ladies in the shop were friendly and dressed professionally. My daughter and I felt welcome and comfortable. Our Braider Nancy was super sweet, knowledgable, and had wonderful suggestions for my daughter's hair. My daughter's hair turned out beautifully ....surprisingly not too tight or pulling. I will definately go back again and again. Plus I accidently over paid and was promptly contacted and reimbursed...Where does that happen? I love Nanacy and Pretty Star Braiding. Book your appointment now!
