I have gotten pedicures and full sets at Nail Fever a handful of times and am most always satisfied. They stay steadily busy so I definitely recommend making an appointment.
I have been coming to Nail Fever for about 7-8 years now and I can't imagine having to go anywhere else. Emily has my been my go-to girl for a long time and never disappoints!! Very easy to make appointments and the vibe is always welcoming.
They used to be good in organized when Emily was there since she's been gone. I don't know who she left in charge with it very unorganized. They don't make appointments. They don't answer the phone. I'm just over it. I'm not going back there.
Overall it was an okay experience at Nail Fever. Initially I thought I had finally found my nail place and was so happy. I enjoyed getting my nails done by Sam because she would actually do a great job. Sam is no longer there . I tried other nail techs and they were okay. If you share what you wanted and what you actually got was different, you get a little dismissed or told your nails are good even if you are not satisfied with you final product. When you pay as much as you do for nails, you want them to look good. Please listen to your customers. All people want to feel beautiful walking away with some amazing looking nails. Don't assume people don't speak Vietnamese and don't understand what you are saying.
I use to get my nails done alllll the time...stopped for a long time and went back to it. I've been struggling to find a decent nail place. They got me in quickly, that was about the only good thing. I asked for them shorter and natural with pink and white hombre. Showed pictures even. I got plain acrylic on my nails. No pink. No white. She put a pink on at first that looked weird so I asked a little lighter. The file job was horrible. In the picture I posted they're only straight because I came home and fixed them. I'm too nice. I don't complain, to them to fix so they can talk shit about me, I just don't go back. Waste of money and I'm about to buy the shit on Amazon and do it myself at this point. Ps she argues with you if you make the slightest comment about wanting something different. And when I asked her to file down a few spots on only two nails she had an attitude. That's why I didn't tip good and won't come back.
