I used to come here all the time a few years ago and I loved it. Sophia would do my nails and always did an excellent job. Today I visited this establishment and found out they were under new management. The simple manicure and pedicure I got was horrible. Every time I tried to correct the young lady... like ask if she was going to let me feet soak... or put a double coat of clear on my nails...
She got an attitude... needless to say she did a horrible job on something that was so simple.

I am not one to leave reviews often, but I'm so disappointed with my experience. The worst nail polish application I have ever had. I paid $45 for a gel pedicure for Mother's Day and it looks awful. I literally just left the salon and my nail polish does not look like a professional did it. I also have a toe that hurts and was bleeding because he was trying to "fix" the edges of the nail polish, and instead of cutting the extra nail polish he cut a chunk off of the side of my nail. My nails are now misshaped and the nail polish doesn't even cover the entire nail. Not worth what I paid.

While this salon is clean, affordable and friendly the paint simply doesn't last. The first time I went, I had a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was horribly damaged the evening I had gotten them done and the gel manicure only lasted ONE DAY before it had chipped. I went back because the location is convenient and I requested a different technician. I received a beautiful gel manicure on Tuesday of this week. It's Saturday and 3 of my nails chipped between yesterday and today. When I would get a gel manicure in my old Stamford salon, they'd last 2-3 weeks. Clearly pretty nails' techs aren't trained on how to apply UV gel.. Don't waste your time.
