Made an appointment & was there right on time but was made to wait 45 minutes. I was about to leave when they finally said it was my turn. Then I got a rushed barely 15 minute service that was not worth the $35. This was literally the biggest waste of time ever when it was supposed to be a relaxing experience. Also no one ever cared or acknowledged that we waited 45 minutes.
I came with a friend for a pedicure and powder dip manicure . While my French pedicure looked good , I should have stopped there and not have paid for a child's play flower design . It was awful smudged . I tried to tell the lady , but she made a few more dabs abs stopped and said in a non verbal way I was done by adjusting my chair and signaling to get up and sitting me down by the toe fan . My friend got a lumpy dip manicure . We tried to tell the owner that it's thick and looked like bubbles . He ignored it and said that was normal . We said , no! We've gotten powder dips before . We didn't want to argue anymore so we paid our bills and swore to never go there again !!!!! We called another salon we know could fix it , but we just have to wait. We should have waited for an opening at our usual place instead of rushing to get our services at Pretty nails , where your nails don't turn out pretty ! Patience is a virtue ... we should have just waited for an opening at our usual place !!!! By the way dips don't use UV , which pretty nails do!
This place is absolutely awful. I went in for a full set and asked how much I would want would be, they said $28 because of shape. They ended up charging me $40 and I am so mad I paid that because not even ONE week later 7 of my nails broke. 2 broke off the very next day and I went in to get it fixed, they wanted to charge me $15 for these two nails when it wasn't my fault. The lady was rude and left the two fixed nails crooked. Never going back here again and I suggest you don't waste your time or money here as well.
