I came in as a walk in and they had me seated very quickly. The man that did my nails was beyond sloppy and most of the tools that were used were old and dirty. When he was done it definitely was not what I pictured. I went home and fixed the nails myself. Had to file and reshape them due to multiple fingers not matching. I also had to re do the color since they did not have a color anywhere close to what the picture I showed them. Should have just stuck to doing them myself. Will not be returning.
My girlfriend took me here for a pedicure. They are the nicest most professional workers I've ever meet. They make you feel very welcome and are quick. Overall I wish I could give this place a 50/10 my girlfriend has been coming here for about a year and also loves them I genuinely look forward for my feet to get gross again so I can come back!
Just a few nails I've gotten done by Lyn, I've only ever had her here but have always had a great experience. It's clean and inviting inside. The staff is really nice too, just make an appointment before coming! :)
Went in for a gel manicure, needed the old polished soaked off. My tech was sloppy with the removal. Laid my hand on aluminum foil with a rope of cotton over the top, doused my whole fingers with acetone and didn't even allow time for them to soak. Within minutes she rushed thru it by using a dremel while while they were still dripping in acetone. She shortened them without asking. The paint is thick and wavy, there's paint all on the cuticles. Generally this service takes an hour, she was done in less than 1/2 an hr. Definitely not worth the $30 it cost.
It had been a few weeks since I was able to get my last pedicure. My nail technician was rude. I had asked her to "grate" my heels more as she did it very briefly (couple seconds) and she said no and then laughed! She made several of my toes bleed when cutting them with the "pliers looking" tool. She told me "no" when I asked for two coats of polish. Isn't that standard? She was very, very quick, but the results were bad. When I left the polish looked nice, but my feet looked like nothing had been done to them. They might've even been worse than when I came in. I did let someone know that I wasn't satisfied and they were sorry it happened and would talk to her. Looking back, I am sorry I ended up paying full price for the service.
