This salon is completely discriminatory against people with disabilities. They refused service to a person who was very polite and calm simply because they are in a wheelchair. Absolutely disgusting. Unless you're okay with open discrimination, do not give this place your business.

VERY disappointed and disgusted with place. I work at an agency for individuals with disabilities and brought one of the people I work with here to get her nails done. She loves getting gel done on her nails and I have brought her to multiple other salons in the past. While driving home from an appointment I passed this salon and thought to give them a try. The individual I was working with is in a wheelchair so I got her all positioned at the station and propped her up with a pillow so her hands were both sitting comfortably on the table. The artist told me she didn't feel comfortable doing gel and asked if she could just do polish since she didn't think it was going to work. I told her I was there to help in whatever way I could and that my individual has been very cooperative with the gel in the past, she continued to say she didn't feel comfortable, so I asked if we could work with a different artist. I was told no and thanked for my time. I understand working with someone in a wheelchair can be a bit more of a challenge however I was disappointed in this salons unwillingness to even try. I hope none of the employees here ever end up in a wheelchair and receive the same treatment we received at this salon.

Used to be a great option, but ownership has changed and staff has gone downhill. Too many great shops in the area to waste your money here.

Would not go back. Went there to get my nails done before vacation decided on the ANC and it didn't even last 8 days of vacation 4 of them came completely off. I've had ANC done before and it always lasts me 3 weeks. The women who did my nails was nice but had them chunky and all different lengths. The "nail Doctor" said he'd fix them. He tried his best but clearly it didn't work well. The girl had my cuticle torn up and bleeding. I'm not very pleased to say the least. All they offered me was half off next time. Not wasting another dollar here to leave dissatisfied and bleeding.
