We had the very worst experience. Due to skin cancer, I am unable to do anything with UV light. They were so unkind telling me they don't offer any solutions without using UV. We requested pink and white full set and pedicure and with an appointment waited a great deal. They were speaking and laughing, making my daughter fee uncomfortable. The mail tech who did my daughters nails was very rough. They told me when I called that they offer a child's pedi (she's 10) but when I got there was told it was for "little girls". Overall, it was terrible and simply because we asked for them to use different products due to a prior cancer. They didn't even say thank you on an expensive bill. I would have walked out but my daughter earned this and would have been upset. Please take your money and business to people who actually want you in their chair.
Not what I asked for at all, when I told the girl she laughed in my face. This is the last time I will come here. They take young girls and think they can take advantage of them. Sickening.

The last time my toes were smeared AFTER I let them dry for two hours. Today, she was in such a rush, she used the electric drill/filer on my nails so hard, when they should have been soaked to get the gel off. And I have GREAT nails. I can already see the dryness surfacing. And it hurt. I will not be back & sorry I tipped today.

Horrible nail place will never be back first time I went I was happy second time the lady rushed and my nails looked like a toddler did them my nails are still fucked up from the way she did them that day and the lady thought I was going to pay $75 dollars for this disaster.
I came to get my toes done there. I asked the lady to fill my big toe down to make then square and even. She filled one round and didn't touch the other one. I told her if she could make them square. She said she couldnt but they were long so she could've. I paid 48 dollars for a rushed service and left very unhappy. The service is terrible and I'm disappointed I even let her touch my toes..
