Had a GREAT experience here for my daughter's first hair cut. To start off making an appointment is extremely easy. You can go on their website and pick the service you want, the day, the time and the person you are requesting (or you can just choose the option of next available person). We also got a reminder email the morning of. When you walk in the front is filled with hair products for kids including shampoos, conditioners, bows, etc and tons of toys too. There are a handful of different seats for the kids including airplanes, cars, trucks etc and each seat has a TV in front to help with distraction. There is also a great train table for the kids play with while you wait. I didn't get the woman's name that helped us but she was GREAT! Extremely patient and kind. Our daughter did a great job and she ended up getting to pick from animal crackers or a lollipop. She also got to pick a prize from the toychest. We opted for the first hair cut package which came with a printed picture, a lock of her hair, and even a keychain with her picture on it. We loved it and will definitely be back for her next hair cut!
Absolutely amazing for first time hair cuts and young ones. I have had multiple styles there for my son and the are always amazing! They are quick and super friendly and your child will always enjoy themselves and get a prize :) they also have great and safe hair products so your kids won't have fly aways if you need some product too :) couldn't ask for more!
Took my youngest here for his first haircut! The gal did a decent job & he was happy! However I brought my daughter in awhile ago for a bang trim & was shocked that the gal barely trimmed her bangs & charged me $25 bucks to do it ! It was such a rip off I never went back- until today when I needed a first haircut. Even for almost $30, I highly doubt I'll come back as I feel that price is pretty outrageous. My hair dresser's wash, cut, & blow dry is only slightly more than that !

No real complaints. Went for my lil guys first haircut. He so cut now that we can see his face.
I'd recommend getting a a bell for the door though so customers are heard when they come in and not left standing around up front mindlessly.
