I paid over $100 for a set last week that never got finished because the shop was closing. The guy that was doing my nails told me to come back the nxt day in which he wasn't even there. His lady cousin who works nxt to him tuned in and said she would make it right because she felt so bad he didn't finish. She never did my nails either... I been giving the run around for days now. I went to Helen about it. She never offered to make it right. Told me I would have to pay again for a new set. This man messed my nails up bad. Never finished drilling or top coat no nothing. Remind you I had already been in there almost 2 hours. I've been going there for a very long time spending my money and bringing my 3 daughters. I will never do business there again. She could have gave me a new set or something in exchange. I wasn't even asking for money back just for service I had paid for. She lost a good customer..
What a HORRIBLE establishment. I called before I came. Even with that being said, they were pushy on the phone... Like trying to get me in ASAP. So I came, and I got a lady who was CLEARLY inexperienced. She didn't even know how to take off my gel polish on my toes. She was then handed this industrialized looking automatic saw thing that Hurt my foot when she tried to use it. After I said something, j was taken to a nail station where they removed my gel polish the correct way. After that, this lady still didn't have a clue as to what she was doing. I had to cut and file my nails by myself because she was "scared to hurt me". She didn't push back or cut my cuticles. I looked at the owner, and she said "I know, we'll get you someone else". I did get another nail tech who was rushing. The gel polish was rippled underneath because she didn't let it dry correctly. They got into a verbal argument with a customer that was waiting, this place was just a mess. Two ladies got up and left and they ran to the door screaming at them to come back. AVOID.
