The women handling the front desk could not have been ruder to me. I was recommended this place by my sister for my sons first haircut. Should have been a treasured experience for me and my wife. Upon entering the place looked perfect, but the customer service was so awful we walked right out never to return. I do not know why the lady was so triggered by us. From the moment I greeted her with a smile, and excitement I was met with nothing but anger and aggressive body language. Then to watch her handle another customer with a much friendlier disposition towards them only moments later. I have to wonder if it was our race or perhaps my sons age that provoked the response out of her as these were the only differences between me and the customer after me. Either way it cost them two lifetime customers as me, and my sister now won't be returning. This happened awhile back, and I have sat on it for some time. I tend to let my emotions settle and take time to review an interaction to make sure I did not do something on my end that could of lead to a negative outcome.
The two stars are because they were nice, the haircut is devastating. I asked for the bangs to frame her face and she gave my poor child a bowl cut and cut way into the sides of her hair, her bangs practically go to her ears now. Her hair should have been sectioned off. I could have done better myself and that's what I'll be doing as soon as her hair grows out from this horrific haircut.
I had my 1 year olds ears pierced here. It was such a great experience! As a nervous momma I was worried but I realize now I had nothing to worry about. Everyone in the shop did their best to make the experience better for my daughter. It was a clean, quick, and surprisingly fun process.
Shawn was so fun and patient with our 2 year old. It was his first hair cut and we were naturally nervous but she made the experience so easy and fast. Our 2 year old cried a bit and then stopped when he realized she was a nice lady. He walked out and loved his hair cut
We were delighted with the care the crew did a head shave for our 19-month-old daughter. I am impressed by the professional and personal care they have taken care of the process.
