Unfortunate to say, I was dissatisfied with the service I had received from Terri. I went in for a septum piercing for $102 and ended up having to remove it due to miss placement and crookedness. They do have a no refund policy. I was also offered to get it redone by the same person but because it was done wrong the first time I don't feel comfortable having the same person doing it for a second time. Hopefully this review helps others find the right studio or shop to do their piercings for them.

I loved it here! I got my septum pierced and my piercer was professional and knowledgeable and had a wonderful attitude. I felt very safe and comfortable around her. The piercing was fast and relatively painless. Will definitely be getting pierced by her in the future!
went here to get my smiley pierced. 2 stars because she was super informative and i knew at every point what was happening during the process which was nice. -3 stars because my piercing was crooked and when i expressed my concerns she told me it wasn't crooked, TWICE,after i had sent a video and a picture(the same video and picture i showed another piercer and they even agreed it was crooked and shouldn't look the way it did). Which made me uncomfortable going back to her to get it re pierced since she could not admit at all that it wasn't crooked or even. So I asked for a refund because now i have to go somewhere else now costing twice the amount i wanted to pay. Apparently that is against their policy for a refund (why should i have to pay for a uneven piercing?) and she could only repierce it. Like i said, at that point i'm not comfortable at all getting it re done by her. So basically paid her 75$ for a piercing i took out two days later. Just overall not happy with having to pay double and having to deal with the pain all over again.
I got my septum pierced here about 3 to 4 months ago. The lady that owns this place is amazing and so sweet! She was very helpful and I will be seeing her in the future! Thanks again!
