I just called to see if they had a hairstylist who has had experience doing a shag haircut before. The woman who answered the phone was clueless to what I was asking. She just kept saying that they had an appointment at 4 pm. She didn't confirm to me there was a hairstylist with experience until I had asked three times. So frustrating. I ended up saying that her and I were on different pages and I just was inquiring... not wanting an appointment today at 4. I just wanted to see if there was someone who knew what they were doing before I commit to such a complicated hairstyle. I ended up saying never mind period and have a good day. I am so frustrated and will not be recommending to this salon, let alone even call it!
Thanks to Jennifer at Phoenix Salon for a wonderful job on a "color correction" from a previous salon mistake!! She was able to work me into her schedule today, and my hair looks so much better without the brassy striped highlights from another salon's mishap the day before! I highly recommend this salon and the expertise they showed with my highlight disaster!
Ericka was great! Gave her the challenge of removing a gelish poly manicure and applying regular gel polish and she did excellent. The salon atmosphere was great and all the technicians were super friendly. Highly recommend Phoenix salon for whatever you need.
