I can't say enough about the Pet Starr. I had been over the last eight months to five different groomers. Everyone told me they would not be able to take care of my rescue Mr. Jones. He is not a vicious dog he was just very scared I tried calming treats a muzzle. everything I could think of to calm him down. I took him in to Pet Starr and Casandra took him over right away. She took the muzzle off of him and said that is stressing him out. She tried to put a cone on him and he took it off immediately. She picked him up and the other girls were able to cut his nails that were so long he was scratching us every time. Thank you so much ladies for taking such good care of our Mr. Jones

They are so friendly and Harper our Golden Mini Doodle comes back looking so clean and cute!I highly recommend.

My poor 9lb shih poo came here on 5/9. He was nicked in several places around his body, such as, the tip of his tail, under his chin and on his private parts. He is okay but this is completely unacceptable and my poor boy will not be returning. Also the haircut that he got is terrible and exactly what I told her not to do.

Belligerent owner told me that she wanted to shave my dog down to the skin. I explained to her that I need my baby in my wedding and only wanted a trim and she berated me in front of her staff. I told her that I will pay her double but she didn't want that. I told her I wouldn't be returning in not so polite terms. She worked over time to take down this review on Google. I took my pup to pet smart who did an amazing job. I highly recommend you avoid PetStarr salon at all cost.

I have a rescued yorkie from the shelter was found as a stray. Still very afraid of everything. In desperate need of a groom. Mated back legs & stomach area. Terrified of shavers. I called pet Starr this morning. Groomer casandra was very friendly and helpful over the phone. Was expecting to have to wait a month for appointment and to my shocking surprise she got me in at 1:00 today. They even stayed late to give me a chance to get there to pick up. He looked adorable. Can see his face for first time. He was happy and playful. Not scared or nervous when I picked up. Very happy & impressed with the whole staff. Will be going back again!!! Can't thank them enough.
