my mother went to her hair appt for keratin treatment to straighten it out. they put product in her hair, sent her home with it and told her to wash it the next day. she washed it & it came out more frizzy than ever.
she texted them with pictures of the after and they said they couldn't help her -- that it was a problem with the product. My mother paid more than $300. She even contacted the manager and they said they couldn't help her unless she paid a few hundreds to get it redone and hung up the phone in her face.
this place is a scam. we never got a refund & we never got it fixed. $300+ for my mother's hair to be damaged.
I have seen Sue twice - once for a cut and the second for a cut and color. She seems like a nice person and I tried really hard to like the salon and my cut. Sue has an unusual way of cutting hair that I can't really explain. She works very quickly and perhaps doesn't spend enough time making sure things are evened up. While my color sat, she cut two other clients hair! I'm accustomed to one person being worked in but two is a little crazy. I've found that Sue doesn't listen well to her clients and doesn't always do what is asked of her. A simple two inches off turned into closer to four. My hair was so uneven, I've still
been finding longer pieces two weeks after the cut! I won't even get into what she did with my bangs. If Sue would slow down, listen and blend/double check layers, she'd be a much better stylist.
I get a great cut and color every time I go but more than that, I get a relaxing experience and a friendly atmosphere. My stylist, Gina, always does a great job and when I leave the salon after a visit, I always feel like I look great.
This salon is relaxing and comfortable. I needed my hair lightened with highlights, as I felt it was too dark. I made an appointment with Kelli and got it done! She chose the highlights as I had no clue what would work well with my skin tone. I am so pleased! The color is great, as well as the styling. She listens to what you ask for, and takes it from there. I will definitely be back!
