I made an appt for 1pm. It was 1:40pm, then I asked how much longer, they said 5 more mins. Then was asked to sit and ran water for a pedicure at 1:49. Left me waiting another 10mins, then helped other people. I told them I've been waiting for 1 hour and they keep helping other people. The lady said 5 more mins after a whole hour of waiting. I was so irritated. They just handed me a towel so I can dry my feet and no apology.. I dried my feet and left. I usually go here all the time I'm extremely upset and the horrendous customer experience I received. Not even an apology..
Stopped by as a drop in and was welcomed and tended to for a simple manicure, no color, just clear. Noted that the shop was not the cleanest, major cob webs in the corners of the shop and in the windows and the floors were dirty (It was before noon). The couple there were really nice (One gentleman who did my nails and a woman doing acrylic's). When I left however I noticed that my nails were not completely smooth and snagged in my scarf. I had a nail file in my bag so took care of it myself. The job overall was good but the cleanliness of the shop will prohibit me from going back again. Hate giving this 3* review cause the job was nice, it's just the implications of a dirty shop doesnt leave me wanting more.
I do not Recommend u coming to this nail Salon when I went the other customers were upset about what they got my acrylic nails are uneven I had to fix them put my self the guy who did my toes is a perv and the old lady is annoying and acts like she is good at what she does the guy literally told me not to go to the other nail salons and to come here if you want nice Acrylic nails don't bother coming here
Not bad for first time, I got a gel white set and my boyfriend just did a pedicure lol. The people that helped us were super sweet and did a good job.
