I went in on Sunday to get a haircut, I wanted something new and bold. Already on the fence because I've been growing my hair out for 6 years, it was 27 inches long and very pretty. I told the lady I wanted to go back and rock my old style, very simple look. Curtain bangs with framing round my face, shoulder length, feathered and layered. A choppy look. we did the cut, about 30 mins, put so much product in my hair, it felt oily,, and like the bottom of broom. There were no layers in my hair what so ever, it's all one length, flat and uneven, my bangs are uneven on one side. It's NOTHING like what I asked for. I am very disappointed in my hair, I only waited so long to do a review to see if I can come up with a new style and I just can't, don't like it curled, flat, up. It doesn't look good, and I absolutely hate it. I cried to my husband for an hr because I regretted so much getting it cut. And I love short hair. 6 years of growing out my hair to let some woman jack it up who doesn't even know how to layer hair or do a cut out bangs. Don't go here!! I didn't even want to go back to get it fixed. I paid $30 for this cut and it's not even what I asked for.. and I wasn't going to let them mess it up even worse.. cried over my hair people!!! It's been a week and I still want to ball when I see my hair in the mirror...
Absolutely the worst haircut every. She started cutting, and I told her that's not what I wanted and she was arguing with me and kept just cutting random stuff. I had to just get up and leave. And I will be wearing a hat for at least a month.
Worst experience ever. Marilyn is awful. She got hair dye all over my skin, the haircut was horrible. She had a know it all attitude and wouldn't listen. I left speechless and very disappointed. Within a week I went to another salon. He couldn't believe it. He said a beginner student would have done better. Marilyn doesn't even deserve 1 star. Please listen. She's AWFUL. Go to another salon.
Worst haircut ever, including the schools! Lynn did the opposite of what I asked, then argued with me when I saw it. I notified corporate customer service on line and received a call the next day-so far, so good. When I stated that I was embarrassed to be seen I got a non-answer, sorry about that. I had expected some kind of compensation, but nothing was said, even when I complained of the cost of being butchered.
I mentioned this to a co-worker who had herself had a similar experience with this employee, so if you value your appearance do not go there!
Today I got the really really bad experience on this hair cut salon I was happy to got hair cut with my kids when I got in at the salon no one working there only a old man and doing some thing and he never see at the door when I opened I don't recommend this place
