Perfect Haircut in Honolulu, HI

We moved to Kaimuki towards the end of 2018, and I started coming here because of proximity. However, here we are almost 5 years later, I keep coming back even though we have since moved out of the area.

I've tried a few other barbers after we moved away, but something was always off at these other places. The haircuts were inconsistent, appointments weren't honored, etc.

I like the consistency and quality I get from Liz at Perfect Haircut. My wife always tells me how nice my haircuts turn out after I've been here, but often has harsh words when I go elsewhere.

Liz's prices are reasonable, but I try to tip enough to show my appreciation. I've had to pay more at other places without anywhere near the same level of results.

It must have been difficult for Liz at the start of the pandemic when she was forced to shut down for a while. Even after things have gotten better, people's habits must have changed and she's lost touch with much of her former clientele.

I hope things improve for her. She has my support.

My family members have been coming here for years to get their haircuts. Liz is professional, cute, and friendly. We like her and would recommend her.

Affordable and excellent haircuts! Go see Liz. Men's cuts are only $15 bucks.  Usually possible to walk in with out an appointment, especially  during the week. Open Monday thru Saturday's

I went to get a haircut here and the stylist pointed to my hair and laughed saying it was so thin.  Do not recommend.

Located in the iconic Queens theater, is an under-looked barbershop that symbolizes what "Keep It Kaimuki" really is.

I've been coming to Perfect Haircut for years and I can tell you that Liz the owner, is a great hairstylist/barber! Why pay over $30 for a haircut when you can get it at half the price here!? I typically come here every other week to maintain my fade so price really plays a factor into where I go.

Parking is not an issue as there is plenty of metered parking in Kaimuki. There is also a municipal parking lot across the street if you don't carry coins.

She used to take appointments only because of COVID, but you can just walk-in and she'll most likely take you if there's no one. I would advise calling ahead of time to avoid waiting.
If you do find yourself waiting, go check out Cowcow's Tea in the area and drink some Boba while you wait.
