Diane Nails & Spa in Sacramento, CA

After going to my nail guy for 12 years, my gel nails were only lasting a few days before one or two would start to chip. After this happened a few times, I finally decided I needed a new place. I called Diane Nails and got an appointment the same day. When I walked in the atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming. The lady who did my nails was good. She totally catered to me and did a nice job of a classic French tip. What I really liked was that she didn't use excess acetone to remove the old gel and was very gentle. Two weeks later and my nails are still perfect. Not a single chip. I think I've found a new nail salon!

1 star because the pedicure was good by Jenny. My nails were done terribly by Lilly. I was so upset after leaving here because my nails looked like a child did them. I do not like confrontation & would've had to pay for service regardless so I just left without incident. Plus she wouldn't have done any better and I probably would've been more upset. The shop was nice and clean and staff I dealt with was nice but quality of her work was terrible. I left there and went to Polish Box to have my nails fixed where I was very pleased with the result.

After a few negative and rude experiences at another salon in the same shopping/parking lot area, I decided to try Diane's Nails and Spa. I am so glad I did. Diane, the owner, does my nails now. She does an outstanding job. She's very patient with me while I pick my colors and designs (I'm usually very picky and most of the time, I am not prepared with a color and design in mind). She can do anything I ask of her, and my nails always look great when she is done. Not only is she open to my colors and designs (often from Pinterest), she's one of the nicest nail techs in the Natomas area. I just love her. Now about Lilly: my new favorite, bestest of all time pedicure technician. One of my fav things about this salon is that it truly is relaxing: music is not too loud, it's usually not overly booked so that you hear everyone's conversation(s), or other customers on their phones. It's on the more quiet side, which I find relaxing and refreshing. If you are going to this salon to get a pedicure, you have to try Lilly. She's wonderful. The best pedicure I've had in my life, and I've had a lot of pedicures. I highly recommend this salon. Diane for nails; Lilly for pedicures. One of the best decisions I made this past summer. AND! for Christmas 2023, they gave me a bottle of wine - so nice and thoughtful!!

I came in for a new set as a walk in and Lily did such a great job on my nails! She constantly checked in with me while doing my nails making sure I was satisfied with everything and I had such an overall pleasant experience. Not to mention they give out bottles of sparkling cider to their customers for the holidays! Will definitely be returning in the future

2nd time here, and very happy. Friendly, clean and great quality that last a long time. The polish on my first pedicure lasted a long time (almost 4 weeks). $30 for a good quality pedicure is a great price. My new spot! :-) And every time I've called, they've had availability for me.
