Perfect 10 Nails & Spa in Norwich, CT

these people really forget that customers are the key to a surviving business. And if they keep treating people poorly, soon they will have nothing. PEOPLE TALK. I was one of their VERY FIRST customers when they opened and had stopped going when I had a problem with the fact that I waited there after having an appointment as they took other people that came after me when I was waiting WITH my baby, that was the first WRONG. I was a great, every other week, consistent customer who was constantly advertising their business. HOWEVER, I went back about 6 months ago AND WILL NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!! They made me feel so uncomfortable, so unwanted, they had the mom do my nails(which came out so awful she shouldn't even be doing them) as they both were free and coming out to stare or make rude comments towards me as if I wasn't right there. I'm so insulted and I couldn't believe it. I've never been treated like that before, nor had such RUDE and AWFUL service. My nails came out the worst I've ever seen. I wish I had a pic, but they weren't even picture worthy. I had to go to Nail and Spa Connection only 2 days later to get them fixed! I really think it was them being PETTY considering the situation that had happened YEARS prior. If things didn't go that way, I would've loved to give them my business again. But these people sure forget where they came from!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! If you guys want quality AND respect, definitely check out Nail and Spa Connection, I still have yet to leave disappointed there, amazing work and always so welcoming. I won't stop telling people about my horrid experience(S) at Perfect 10 whenever the subject gets brought up! I'm writing reviews for this place everywhere I possibly can to stop someone from going in there and getting treated as I or many others, apparently!

Love love love Perfect 10 Susan is THE BEST nail tech there is, along with her family. Always so sweet, and never over priced. I've been going there for nearly 3 years now and I have nothing but positivity and love for them. Just a few examples of how amazing they are

Unfortunately,  I would not recommend Perfect 10 Nails.  The lady was very pleasant but the service in comparison with other nail salons was inferior.  Very unkept and disheveled environment.  The atmosphere was not of a soothing spa nature more of a salon experience.  No air dryers and I question the sanitation for items that need to be sterilized.  
Over all I DO NOT SUGGEST!
I would not put any stars but then you'd not see my constructive criticism!

This place was recommended to me by a friend. I could tell I was going to be getting quality work done because I had to wait 2.5 weeks for the next available appointment. I was not disappointed!!! Multiple places have seen reference pics of what I wanted and couldn't come close, but Khoa and Susan nailed it. I sent my friends pics of my nails and they thought it was a insta pic I stole!! Haha The salon was clean and professional, I got exactly what I asked for. With just one visit down, I will be a loyal customer to Perfect 10.

I am very particular with my nails and was nervous going into this appointment. I could not be any more happy with how my nails turned out! I can now understand why it is hard to get an appointment-because they are that good! I highly recommend them to anyone, especially the hard to please clients like myself.
