I asked for long layers and my extremely long hair was mostly cut off at about chin length. I understand they're students and I figured I might have to get my hair fixed after but my hair is so short it can't even be fixed. I let the student know I usually put my hair in a ponytail and it's so short I can't even do that anymore. After the student cut my hair he let me know that he never gets his hair done there because they do such a bad job. It was all one length before. I'm just posting here to discourage anyone with longer hair that does anything more than a trim to go somewhere else.
If you want any "specialty" hairstyles do not let them make you an appointment. They do not communicate with their stylists when appointments are made and when the stylist doesn't show up they don't call you to let you know they wait until you show up to tell you that your stylist isn't in. I have made three appointments with them all while speaking to the stylist herself and for some reason neither of them disclosed that making an appointment with the school doesn't go to the stylist. #VeryDisappointed
I had an appt scheduled, they had me wait 30 minutes just to tell me that the student I was scheduled with didn't show up that day. So I wasted 30 min sitting there plus the 40 min round trip drive , when they could have just called me prior. Ridiculous
It's an awful school I wouldn't go here for your license in my opinion, every time I call up there to ask to speak with someone about financial issues no one's there and when I go up there no one's there to help either. I've been dealing with them for about 2 years now trying to get my paperwork from them and still nothing I just let it go.
No one there knew what was going on, unprofessional, very rude, staff quitting left and right. The admin obviously have no idea how to run a quality professional business.
