I took my puppy here to get a bath, haircut, nails, trim the works. I paid $83 before a tip and all they did was barely cut his nails bathe him and dried his hair. His nails were still long and didn't even cut his hair or do a hygienic trim or anything. I will not be taking my dog back here. Too expensive for nothing!
We love this place! We added our sons Husky to our services! We love our gal, April!!! But Ashley did a great job Ryko! These folks are awesome!
I have had so much anxiety for my older dog with finding a good groomer in my area and I'm glad to say I have finally found one I can trust. They are super clean and have great customer service and go over want you want from the grooming appointment before hand. My dog didn't seem all shaken up after and the hair cut and bath was perfect.
This afternoon, Pepper, our 14# Maltipoo-Schnauzer, had her 6th appointment at the Pampered Pet Salon, and as always, Alex did a wonderful job. The only negative that I have to say is that when my husband picked up Pepper the receptionist told him that our rate was going to be increased by $5.00 the next time we brought her in. Five dollars doesn't seem like a lot but when you consider the total amount (plus tip) it all adds up and made us wonder why the price increase since we're fairly new customers and how often they would occur.
We've had such lovely experiences here with Pampered Pets. They are warm, and friendly, and really care about individual dogs. We especially love it when they gave our little shih-tzus bow ties after a groom. Adorable.
