Do not come to this salon. Terrible customer service. I have come in for gel pedicures in the past without issue, but this particular time I left extremely dissatisfied with my service. I called and was told that could come in for removal and complete new set free of charge. Upon arrival I was treated as a nuisance and gaslit to believe that the issue could be solved with some filing and shaping. I wouldn't have had an issue if I wasn't promised a new set to begin with. The level of unprofessional is honestly shocking. Will not be returning or recommending
They just let any family member with no experience service your nails. Skimped me on the pedicure, messed up eye brows and just the worst experience.
I often go to this salon. It's in the neighborhood; it's clean, nice setup inside. The technicians are hit or miss.
Last weekend, my husband shared that he wanted to go for pedicures. So, I suggested we go to my regular shop! In the shop, technicians go between English and Vietnamese. I never paid much attention to it because they're friendly when they talk to me.
My husband shared that he was feeling a little uncomfortable during his pedicure, so he turned on his Google translate... I'm sure the voice pickup didn't get everything exact, but I'm also sure it's not that far off.
It's so unfortunate to be made to feel uncomfortable in what you thought was a safe space. And it's so embarrassing to try and share something I enjoyed with someone and have this happen.
Now I have gone here many times but today will certainly be my LAST. They asked me to pay before I was finished because I was the last customer. They charged me $81.00 which included my tip. Once I was finished, they called the manager. The manager was talking to the two ladies left in the shop. They are all talking on the phone in their language and the phone was on speaker. Then they told me the manager wanted to speak to you. The manager said I did not charge you enough. Can you give them $18.00? She then said wait there don't leave. I could not believe how they acted, and I waited there for her to return. The manager was given the slip and added the total price. I paid want they asked me to pay $81.00 and they will NEVER have to worry about me again. They rushed my nails, toes and RUSHED to get my money. I still tipped! I am filing my nails now because they were not done correctly. MY LAST TRIP TO PAMPER & POLISH NAILS!!!!
