I love the people but a huge turnover and the employees are worked to death it seems like. They are underpaid and we all no this bc past employees don't mind sharing how unhappy they are. I feel bad bc it seems like they are so overworked and underpaid. They put up some decor to freshen up the place they take it down. I work in Customer Service and couldn't believe the district manager made them take it down. It truly took your mind off the leaks in the restroom ceiling and made it feel a little more welcoming. For two years I Have said this place needs some major repairs and they were trying only to be shot down from upper management. If your making 100 bucks a month from every customer come on step up. My husband and I along with my daughter know everyone there bc we are so sociable and they deserve help and some repairs in the store. I know some people only care about bulbs but a nice Welcoming feel goes a long way .

Mystic spray tan was worthless. Should be called Mistake. Coverage started about mid-calf and went to neck. Splotchy and very light color even though was supposedly dark. I've had enough of these done correctly to know a rip off, and this was it. Stick with the Versaspa booths.

** Update - I spoke with the GM yesterday and she is supposed to be taking care of this. She did call me and was concerned about my problem and I appreciate her doing that. I will wait to make sure what she said she is going to do to rectify the issue takes place and change my review accordingly.

I love the employees at this location! BUT, it would be nice if the air
actually worked on the beds! The fans don't blow or you can't adjust the air flow! I have been using Ultra Tan for YEARS....Please fix the equipment!
