I have been tanning here for about 2 months and I don't feel like their beds tan you at all. I've been going a few times a week and feel like it's the same as when I started. It's not cheap either, I pay approx $13 more a month more than the other salon in town but for what. Also this 24 hour between tans is about a pain and nobody told me when I signed up. I think I'm going to go back to the competition, if someone can tell me how to cancel this, when I asked about their PBT App the girl there didn't know how to start that process.
4.5 STARS!!!! I would totally give 5.0 STARS but due to the 24hour wait to tan I give 4.5. (It's just an inconvenience for me)
The salon is always clean, the gals at the desk are always super friendly and very helpful when I ask questions about upgrades and lotions, etc.

This is THE best tanning salon in StJoseph (in my opinion). Autumn, Ashley & the rest of the girls are REALLY friendly & remember names of their clients. The beds are above average. The ONLY thing I would consider a negative is that there's only one diamond (highest level) bed so I'm paying to use it but it's often being used already-sometimes I can wait & sometimes I can't. Therefore I'm considering lowering my membership but other than that it's awesome! The Palm beach employees are a huge part of what makes this tanning salon great. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town after going here!
I bought 3 spray tans a few days before Valentine's Day. I used the first 2 pretty quickly and saved the last one for a wedding that was coming up. I went in on May 22 to use the last one and the told me it had expired a month ago. But, they had a special if I wanted to buy more. I have never been to a tanning salon where they expire that quickly. I got the owners name and number and tried several times to contact her, and I never heard back. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this place, which is sad because they have one of the best spray tan systems I have ever used.
Excellent service Autumn is usally working when I come in and she is wonderful! It seems expensive but they always have some sort of deal going on :)
