Palm Beach Tan in Roseville, MN

Very expensive with little to show for it. I got the 40% off package so I paid $60 for $100 worth of tanning. Just did my 5th tan in two weeks and have $12 left. While the help is friendly I do not feel they were trained well on how to estimate tan times or beds.. or the best plan of attack. The facilites I used in Saint Paul and Roseville were clean. The radios were very cheap and would not pick up stations. Not acceptable when they have beds that are $20+ a session. They also had a "special" for a month for all access bed pass for $160... but I asked about their monthly all access packages for the beds that were $70.. and you could end the membership after a month. The employee said the $160 plan was better but it was not clear as to why. The rates are wayyy too expensive to not be able to show a decent tan for $100. The employees should know the best plan to get a "darque" tan for $100. It just felt like a crapshoot each time I would go in and they would guess on beds and times. Decent place but too over priced!

What a joke of a company and waste of my time and effort, to start there was a deal in which the tv screens they had in their store stating 50% off and I asked to get that but the girl at the counter said 'o sorry that was yesterday's deal they haven't updated their screens' so wtf I guess paying full price, my next visit I went in and they were closing at noon Bc of snow well I guess again that's new in that we live in Minnesota so 5 minutes was my max in the bed, my third visit was getting me to boil I was in their eliate bed and it started dripping on me no just one or two drops but enough that I had to get out early, I told the counter girl again and she state, 'lol oops I thought it was fixed I guess not' now for my final visit and just over this place and I understand that it's out of their control but they have the open sign on yet the front desk girl stated the power was out... wtf I want my money back and will not tan here again once I'm done

Great location and friendly staff. Happy that I tried them out and am looking forward to going back.

Bad experience- I would go to another salon! The staff is very slow and inattentive.:( They do NOT supply goggles, cleanser or a pillow!?! And to top it off, the bed had slime on it:(! yuck, they must not even clean their beds. I've been tanning at a lot of other places and never had an experience like this.
