Palm Beach Tan in Fort Walton Beach, FL

I have been a member since 2021 and have the diamond membership the highest level and have always been told don't cancel you will be grand fathered in at this price so I pay year round just to keep that rate, however, today I come and they have two new beds and I am being told that's not part of my membership now!!!! The new pricing if I want to use the new beds increases to $130 a month, that is just wrong. If you have been a member and have been told you will be locked in at a price they should honor that instead they are charging old members new member prices so screw the loyal customers apparently it means nothing. Very disappointing. These places just don't care about customer retention and will lie to get you sucked in.

This location is always so great to visit. The staff is great and the salon is always super clean. The products are worth it and they really do enhance the tan:)

It is not the most cost effective tanning salon. I am not sure how they come up with prices. I have lived in many states and never was priced gouged so much in my life. The beds are decent. The bulbs are not change out often enough as my very first tan was in the stand up and literally i should have had a warm sun kissed/light pink tone to my skin... nope- not a thing. They upsell bottles of lotion at the most unrealistic prices, it is almost comical. I am here for a year and I will be gone, and won't recommend them due to pricing, quality, and up-selling tactics. Edit to Add: When I signed up I informed the representative my doctor suggested I go out in the sun more or receive artificial UVB rays from a salon. Today (a week after enrolling) I was informed that my $40 package only is for UV beds.... meaning..... I am paying for increased skin cancer with no benefits. I inquired about going to the next level (Platinum) and was told it is an additional $20 a month a PLUS... get this ... a $20 upgrade charge. I am in total shock. Don't expect any discounts such as military n this military town either... Do not recommend a single ounce of this place!

Natalie at this location is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I go here weekly and she is always very professional and helpful. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and she definitely has it down. Makes it nice to come in and I always feel welcome.

All the staff at palm beach tan are always wonderful to me! They are super knowledgeable about products and skin care. I visit Eglin pkwy in fort Walton beach , as well as the Destin location the most. In previous years I used to visit Lynn haven and Panama City beach locations. I've been a happy customer since about 4-5 years ago and don't plan on leaving anytime soon.
