Palm Beach Tan in Easley, SC

I was a walk in because I'm about to go on a cruise and needed a spray tan. The lady there said I can get you in the bed and a Dark Spray tan with goggles for $37.
I said ok and paid. I have a bronzing bed at my office but I was already there so I got in the bed. When I got out and was waiting for my spray tan the lady was having trouble with her computer...Waiting.....Then she called her manager who answered right away.. Hung up the phone and said it would be $40 more dollars.  I told her nicely  that I really only ca.e for the spray tan because I have a bronzing bed. She said pay or there is nothing I can do. I said cl your manager or have her call me...( She was just on phone with her)
She then texted her and I told her you gave me the price for both and I paid for both. Very unprofessional professional after we already had a deal. Then she just gave me a corporate # that is closed on the weekends. 3 hours later and no call from Manager.
When all she had to do is let me go do my spray.

Don't go to this place it dosen't care about new customers and the manager dosen't manage.

I had the worst experience here today with my boyfriend. I'm currently visiting from California and payed for a month gold membership. I usually go to the one on powdersville and they are sooooo sweet! Today my boyfriend and I were in the area so we decided to stop in and tan. Once I walked in the lady in the front greeted us and asked for my last name, I spelled it out three times for her because she seemed so confused as if that's not how I spell my last name. Anyways moving forward she pulls up my account and is trying to figure out what bed to put me in. I asked her if she can put me in a bed that has the newest bulbs since I haven't tanned in a week, and her response was "oh honey I keep up with my bulbs". I didn't ask if she keeps up with her bulbs I just asked if she can place me in the bed that comes in my package with the newest bulbs. So then we continue and she puts me in a bed and tells me what room I'm in. I said okay great thank you, I was just going to wait to see what bed my boyfriend was going to be put in and so I can put lotion on his back. Once I said that she rolls her eyes and makes it seem like it's so inconvenient that she has to reset my bed time. Mind you, I have been in the tanning industry for over 4 years and managed districts back in California. And I know how to use sunlync in my sleep. When she I asked her how much time it gives us to get ready she said " 5 minutes, does that make sense to you"? I quietly bit my lip and said okay. Little does she know I knew exactly what she meant. Once I got into my bed and started it of course there was two bulbs on the top right that never turned on. I have worked in tanning industry for so long and I would never speak to a guest the way she did. I'm planning to move to South Carolina this fall and I know for sure I will not be tanning here.

The worst experience I've had with any tanning facility. They got my email incorrect and sent my personal information to a total stranger in a different state. And the only reason I know was because the total stranger contacted me from the information from the email they sent. Needless to say at this point I am awaiting for a satisfactory resolution to this problem. When I complained I was given the run around and blamed for said problem and told my information was on Google. However Google does not have how much I spend and where it is spent.

Business is clean, workers are super nice, but PLEASE do NOT get the Mystic Tan.

It will leave you so uneven, it's embarrassing. Only my arms and half my legs got the "tan" which looks like dirt, and I look all around diseased because it was so uneven - and I am very white. It's so upsetting and such a waste of $32!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE if you want a spray tan. Their booth sucks :( :(

And if you decide to get the tan anyway, I'd suggest you purchase a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Good luck.
