Palm Beach Tan in Daphne, AL

Decent prices if you purchase a monthly membership and actually tan often. The salon and beds are extremely clean! The girls that work there are very helpful and sweet. I was surprised that they were the only tanning salon in Daphne. I do wish they stayed open latter than 8pm, especially on Friday and Saturday night. All in all a good place to tan!

Very unprofessional staff.  They have people that do not have a clue what they are doing and when they make a mistake, expect you to correct their mistake before you can tan.  My wife and I will find another business to do business with.

I went in to get my PBT monthly tan. I have been a customer for almost 2 years now. They charged me (full price) for my tan, and when I caught it, they just told me that I could have extra tan dollars for the future. I had already told the young girl that I was not going to be coming back because I'm starting school and it will be a really long time before I ever come back again. I just wanted a refund, because I need every bit of money to buy my textbooks. Now I have about $40 worth of tan dollars, but I don't even know if I'll have time to come in and get my tan. I don't hate Palm Beach, I was just very disappointed this time. I would have been completely fine with a refund, and I still would have paid for the extra add ons in my tan! I just didn't like having to pay extra money for a service that I don't even want. They are obviously just a money hungry place and don't care about their customers.

I have only used this location once for a pre-cruise spray tan.  It wasn't my 1st rodeo on spray tanning.  The location is cookie-cutter compared to other locations nationwide and seemed very clean.  The spray tan itself was not good at all.  It was uneven (clogged sprayers perhaps).

And, like all PBTs there is a ton of upside selling, which just is irritating to me.

I've done business with this place off and on for about 5 yrs. I've noticed the workers there will lie about what results to expect, ex.: I heard 2 of the girls telling a new customer if she chose to get a spray tan it would last 2 wks. NO! I down graded my membership once and to discourage me from doing it was told the purpose of the cheaper beds is merely to 'open your pores', is that really a thing anyone would want? I've noticed they'll tell you a more expensive price on lotions if you have store credit. It's like they make up prices for lotions. I feel somehow ripped off when I sign up for there service, guess this will definitely be my last month. Looking for another place to get tan.
