Palazzo Nail Spa in Cartersville, GA

No wait at all but the quality of the product isn't the best. My top coat started peeling the next day. The service was exceptional though. Not sure if I'll go back do to the producer failure but a solid overall experience.

I go here all of the time but the last three times I've been here, the service has been absolutely awful. The most recent time I've gone was my last straw. Let me first start by say that I've been going to palazzo in cartersville for about 2 years and The owner here is AMAZING! He always makes sure that he's attentive and getting his customers seen as soon as possible. He even steps in and helps the nails techs. And he's always running around to see if anyone needs help offers water, drinks etc. But, unfortunately for the past month I feel as if some one the nail techs get don't care and have tried to take short cuts. In this picture you can see that my nail broke. And Instead of soaking it off and replacing the nail with a fresh one, they just added a nail extension and then added acrylic on top of that. Probably betting on the fact that I would not say anything. And they would be right. I hate confrontation as much as the next person. However, after I got home, I conjured up the courage to actually leave a review. This type of short cutting is just plain insulting. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that did my nails but if you want to go here I would be very picky on who does your nails. If you get a great nail tech, request them every time you go. Ps: If you're the owner and you are reading this review, I think your shop is great and i think you do and amazing job taking care of people, however some of the workers do not care about your business as much as you do. (Gentleman that did my nails was a really young guy looked about 19-25). Date I got my nails done was 07-08-2023 at 6:15pm

I called this location wondering if they had walk ins available and the answer was yes ! I arrived and Tony sat me down promptly ! Tracy was my nail tech and she was so nice ! She was welcoming and took her time! The salon is huge! And they have enough staff ! Lots of color options and different mani/pedi choices! I highly recommend this place !

Super busy so I'd recommend making an appointment. Got us in shortly after our appointment was scheduled. Nails looked amazing for weeks after. Highly recommend

This was my first time trying this salon, my daughter went about two weeks ago after we just moved here local. Tony was super friendly, and very professional. But most of all he was accommodating to making sure that I loved the safe of pink or blush that I liked, and that I was happy with the not too white shade that I was looking for . It's always hard to move and find a new nail person that understands me . But I feel this place is worth trying. I'm going to sick with him. Prices were good
