0 stars. I had a 3:30 pm appt. They didn't sit me down until 4:15. They took two other people before me that came as walk ins after me. One lady came I. And stated out loud she'll give two tips if she was able to go before others and they took her !!!!!! The people had no organization whats so ever and I wouldn't recommend them to give you a haircut. Also I'm back to edit my review to add in that I was sat in a chair with an older woman/stylist with grey hair and glasses and I showed her a photo of what I wanted she started brushing my hair and then went to the receptionist..... then the receptionist asked to see a picture of the hair and tried to explain the (shoulder length hair cut) I wanted. After that I got up and said I don't trust you guys cutting my hair after my experience of an hour here I'm sorry and left without paying anything (I'm sooooo thankful I didn't get my hair cut here ) go to Insight Salon it's a half mile away
The palace is overpriced and not interested in helping their customers for what they charge. If you don't go there, smart idea this place is not worth spending your money on. Go somewhere else!
I have been going to Palace since 2004 just love this place , especially Rita she always does a top notch job on my hair. Always go to her don't want anyone else working on my hair. Karina is the best too.
It was literally waste of my time and money. The Turkish lady doesn't have any clue what is deep highlights. The roots didn't match with the rest of my hair. Eventually I had to make another hair appointment to get my hair done
