Am a customer for years, Pedro have been doing my hair for over 20 years, I would not trust anyone else touching my hair except Pedro he is the best!!

Please beware of this place!!!! I wish I could give no star! I came here after my aunt told me to come here( I will never ever listen to her) .i showed up at 12pm and he didn't start to work on me until 2 pm which I should have just left but no I was stubborn. He never went over pricing and he doesn't have a price list on display so basically he can charge anyone anything! I wanted highlights and a new color and I even showed Pedro a picture of the colors that I wanted. This man completely bleached my hair that my hair was literally yellow!!! I was in shock to see what he was doing! He made my hair orange and I was in tears !! Then he had the audacity to charge me $350.00!!! Like I had said before, he never told me the price of what he was gonna charge me because had I known the price, I would have walked out! I asked him why so much and he literally said that he worked on my hair for 6 hours which was a lie and he had me waiting 2 hours before actually working on me!!! I was so unhappy and left in tears!! This place is a joke and he is so unprofessional and literally needs training on how to work on people's hair needs!! Because of the damage he did , I had to go to another salon that was very reputable and they saw his work and was in disbelief of what he did to my hair!! I had to spend more money to fix my hair. Please do yourself a favor and don't bother coming here unless you don't care about your hair! Beware of this place !!! Don't get scammed!!!!

I have been going to Pacific Hair Salon for the past 5 years. Pedro and his workers do good jobs with the hair, however the customer service is zero. Pedro will charge $ 160.00 for a wash for myself and my daughter, $500.00 for a Keratin application. I had no problem paying for it , however , I can go there as early as I can , I will be left for 60 minutes under the dryer just so Pedro can facilitate his Hispanic customers and I will be the last one to leave.If I call to come after 4:00 PM , he gets upset , refused to do my hair and send me away. I have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years , I think that I should be treated differently. Also , Pedro needs to have a price list.

If could give no stars I would my friend went here and they burnt her whole hair off... what makes it worst is he bleached it just to put dark hair dye in it, I do hair and that literally is unheard of. My friends hair had to get cut three different times bc it was so choppy and burned off she wanted something to make her hair appear healthier because she was a blonde but all they did was make it worst. Nearly burned off her edges too.. DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! Bc you will leave in tears!!! And very unsatisfied, my friend will be taking legal action if y'all don't return her money!!!! So don't waste your time, energy and money these people are thieves and have no idea what they are doing !!!!
