The salon is lovely and relaxing. The receptionist, assistants and stylists are very accommodating, not to mention Kane, who does an amazing job with styling and cutting my hair. The hours at the salon are very flexible and the prices are reasonable.

I had not had my hair cut in over a year because of the lock downs so I decided to try Salon Eden, located in the heart of Bay Shore, as I felt we need to support the small businesses along Main Street that have worked so hard these past 20 years to build the town up, and are now struggling to survive. I'm over 60, going gray, had been self coloring my own long hair and wanted Balayage, so there were issues to overcome but these were discussed and well handled. Kane cut and colored my hair assisted by Christina, and as I have never been more pleased with any salon service in my life, I am extremely happy with the results. I feel as if I, and my hair, were treated as an individual project with a creative solution, not like a cookie-cutter quick fix. Salon Eden has a wonderful ambience, is spacious, well-lit, clean, very comfortable with massage chair at the washing station, also wi-fi, TV, and fun music.

Erin is simply amazing! I was always one of those clients that bounced from place to place for my haircuts, but not anymore. After being recommended by a close friend a few years ago, I have never looked back. The salon is beautiful, staff is courteous, prices are reasonable, and Erin is extremely talented and kind. What more could you ask for? She listens, does EXACTLY what you want, none of that I want a trim and coming out with a bob. Not with Erin, from color to cut, she is impeccable! I recommend Salon Eden and Erin highly.

If you want incredible hair color (or cut, style, etc), see Joanne at Salon Eden. She's the only stylist I'd trust with my blonde balayage. I've had my hair cut and styled by Joanne before but always toyed around with wanting a blonde balayage/ombré look, except I was so worried about hair damage or my color looking off. Well, I absolutely LOVE the result. And Joanne understood and really listened to all my concerns. The color looks great in EVERY lighting and I've gotten so many compliments. I saw my dermatologist like months after my color, and she (in that harsh doctors office lighting lol) kept telling me how good my hair looked! I have gone to Joanne when I lived in NYC and she worked in a salon in NYC, and now I'm thrilled that she's in LI (now that I've been living here). She's not only very skilled and talented at what she does, but she has such a warm personality and great sense of humor. Highly recommend.

Salon Eden is the place to go! I love the results of my hair and it was absolutely worth the price. Joanne not only listened to what I wanted, she worked with me and stayed late to ensure that I got the results that I was after. After a bad experience at the last salon I had gone to, I was apprehensive of getting my hair cut and colored. But the way Joanne was able to work with me and give the balayage of my dreams has restored my faith in hair salons. My hair not only looks amazing it feels amazing and I've gotten a ton of compliments already. I will be recommending this salon to all my friends and it's a beautiful establishment with wonderful, talented employees and if you do come you will not be disappointed.
