I really had high hopes.. the staff for the most part is super nice.. the place looks clean & friendly.. but I just paid 50$ for a gel manicure and I've already had two nails chip within less than 2 weeks of service. I'm a legal assistant.. I type and answers phones all day for the most part. No reason that after less than two weeks of wear my nails are all almost chipping or pulling up. One good shower and I have a strong feeling almost my whole hand will no longer be painted... what a waste of 50$. The first time I came in they replaced the chipped nail for free, I'm sure if I came back in it would be free again as well.. BUT MISSING THE POINT HERE I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO COME BACK IN 3 times prior to my follow up nail appointment because all of the gel polish I paid 15$ extra for is chipping off. Also the reason it's chipping is because they aren't dehydrating the nail prior to laying the gel base coat... I'm sure there's a lot else they truly aren't doing properly.. but that would be the biggest one as to why their gel manicures last less than 3 days and other salons last weeks. Sad that a non nail tech knows that over a licensed one.. but it do be like that at the chop shops, you get for what you pay for.

My initial appointment was 31 May 2023 @ 430 pm. I had my thumb fixed 7 Jun @ 430 pm while I was in the salon for a pedi which is also more than likely going to chip as well sadly. My "fill" is suppose to be 21 June, but it'll prolly be a removal instead LMAO.

The salon is clean and well stocked with lots of different colors and types of polish. My pedi was $30 - the basic for 30 minutes. The chairs are very modern and the massager worked great.

I really wanted to love this place. So I made an appt for a full set, and showed the nail tech a photo of what I wanted, which was almond shaped nails. The tech filed my nails down wayyyy to much on the sides. She was filing them so deep that she was slicing open the skin on the sides of my fingers with the file. I am cut open in 4 different spots. I was bleeding in 2 spots halfway through the appt and burning badly. Then when she was using the drill file, she cut my cuticle! Twice! It was the most miserable experience. Now washing my hair burns. Never again...

I would try another tech. The place itself was clean and cute. Comfortable chairs. The Appt was easy to make.

I just moved to the area from California and was so excited to find a salon close, but after 3 separate visits of rude interactions and personally caused wounds on my fingers, I will happily drive to another city to give my 20% cash tips elsewhere. The quality of the nails were good, however every time I go, each male tech has made me to feel like my nail choices of size, color length, or anything else for that matter are wrong, which doesn't make any sense for retaining customers. Also, I cut my cuticles on the regular and due to my nail tech thinking I was just trying to get longer lasting nails, he completely soft drilled into my cuticle lines till two were actually bloody and are now infected.

I'm sorry, but if I'm paying even more than I paid in San Diego for nails, you think the treatment would at least be equal or better.

Last tip. Their prices say $32 for full set, with a ($3 up charge), but their pad I saw under the table and after my nails were done was hand written that they are $45.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
