I went to get a basic pedi. The water was all cold so I ask for some hot , The water was then drained and refilled . When I put my feet back in the foot bath it was so hot that it burnt me , I ask for some cold to be added and she said you say you want hot. Really ! Scalding hot! I took my feet out and ask for some cold to be added. I could tell this agitated her. She washed my feet, trimmed my toes nails, and then polished them. When I ask why my feet did not get the dryness removed or massaged . She informed me that she done it while I was on my phone. I was literally in the chair 10 minutes . At check out when I again complained she called me rude and said I was lucky she was in a good mood.b I told her I felt threatened and that I would never return she said good you pay and get out. All for 28 dollars - never again!!!
I gave this spot two tries. The first time, they talked me into doing gel for myself and my daughter, and it peeled off the same day. I called and they said they would call back and never did. I went back again, because my daughter loves the little chairs for her. As we were getting up from our pedicures and putting on our shoes, roaches scattered away. The tech saw, and didn't acknowledge. It was so disgusting and uncomfortable.
Nope. After a year of not getting Dip on my nails because of finances, I called in advance to get in to this place. The tech that was, I guess, the poor unfortunate soul who had drawn the short straw to do my nails, was so annoyed with me not being able to communicate nail shape, that he got up and walked away. After a second attempt at communication, I clipped my nail myself to show him. Then I decided to trust my instincts finally, and left. Asking the one in charge why she didn't offer to do my nails, She said that she "doesn't do dip". Wish she had told me that when I asked her during my pedicure if "they offer Dip" and the answer was "Yes! Call ahead please." If this sourpuss is the only one who can do it why in the heck would I want to sit there feeling bad like I've done something wrong. No way.
Alex did a great job on my nails. He was able to make them thin and natural looking as I requested. The other ship in town doesn't. I will be returning.
Terrible paint job and not friendly whatsoever. Won't be going back, not worth the money for nails I could have done better at home
