These people are very rude. I'd you are not a regular...don't forget there. The person in charge actually left me in the middle of doing my nails to take another person She never even said anything to me about needing to take them she just left I will never go there again
If I could give a 0 I would. I was there 15 minutes before my appointment... 3 people walked in after me 2 walk ins and one that was 15 minutes late to their appointment.. they took the 2 back and gave me colors to look at. And acted like it was a problem I was there when I made the appointment at 9:30 in the morning. Then sat me back at a pedicure chair she noticed I had gel. Ive done nails I went to cosmo school... so I know you're suppose to file the top coat off before soaking IN FOIL to get the polish off. She walked up to me slapped a strip of cotton across all my nails and sprayed acetone on them and walked away. They proceeded to work on the others then finished another client and took the 3rd person back while I sat there forever in the chair waiting so I got up to walk out. The polish did not come off one bit. She was just stalling I assume. They acted like they didn't want to do my nails from the start. If that's the case they should've never booked my appointment. Highly disappointed. I walked out After I sat there for an hour waiting.
So good and worth the price!!! I love it! They are super friendly, clean, so many options on colors, patterns, designs, etc. These ladies are truly talented!! I will definetly be back and telling everyone!
