Nhi always gives me the most perfect mani. As someone who is very type A, it always bothers me if my gel is bumpy or gloopy and it NEVER is here. Also the cuticles and edges are always absolutely perfect. She's incredibly detail oriented and it's by far the best manicure I've had (and I have tried a lot of salons). Almost scared to give this review because I don't want her to book up but this place doesn't deserve a 2.5/5 so I have to!
New management? Hardly. Conveniently talk to you in English when money is concerned, otherwise it's Vietnamese. Rude. Funny thing. Went to get service elsewhere and they pointed out what was done wrong. I appreciate the real professionals! Go elsewhere!
I decided to try out PT nails again since they are under new ownership. I walked in without an appointment and was seen immediately. The place was extremely clean. Everyone was very very friendly and outgoing. The lady who had the hard core task of taking care of my tootsies did an amazing job. She spent literally over an hour on these old crocodiles that I call feet. Lol she spent at least 10 minutes each leg massaging to get my blood pumping. My toes came in looking like a mess. My feet were extremely dry. When I left there, they literally felt like brand new baby feet. The staff was very nice and I felt extremely comfortable there. I received the honey organic foot spa treatment. I believe it was around $40. And I tipped her extremely well. I will definitely be back.
LOVE this place- under new ownership the last year. They are friendly, honest, and literally the longest lasting pedicures and manicures I have ever had. I've done regular and fake nails.
I was visiting from MN and seriously needed a fill-in...not only were they cheaper than the place I usually go to but he (Ryan) was VERY fast, polite, and efficient with my nails. I'm definitely going back!
