I've been here 3 times over the last year. Every time they do a bad job. The fades are not fades... they're more like a big dark line across my head. This time the lady left it patchy and incomplete. I'm done with great clips for good. Franks Modern Barber Shop is cheaper and they do a better job by a mile. I normally go to them but they are closed on mondays so I came here. Never making that mistake again.

I asked for a very simple cut with very little to come off the ends. As easy as that sounds it's always a challenge to get just that. But here the stylist did nothing more and was very friendly and provided good conversations no matter how quiet I was being (tired morning). Place was very clean. Getting in or out of the parking lot is a little awkward.

Been going here about two years. Chach is my main stylist but I've had at least 4 others cut my hair there and NEVER had a bad haircut. I've had it long, short, hard parts cut in, weight lines... they have always done as I aske

I brought my grandchildren in for a haircut and Allan took care of my 5 year old grandson. He is 5 and doesn't care much for getting hair cuts so yes he fidgets. If Allan has been in the industry for 10+ years, like he boasts, then he should be all accounts know how to get a child to sit still. However, he kept commenting that he was hurrying as fast as he could. I looked over and said don't hurry make sure his hair looks good. Samantha, another stylist in the salon (right next to him cutting my granddaughters hair) looked over and said he needed to blend the sides a little better. That created some conversation regarding the movement of the 5 year old. After a few minutes I heard Allan's voice start to rise and looked over and my grandson was almost in tears because of the way Allan was speaking to him. Allan then started to raise his voice at both the child and myself. NOT OK. I came in to pay for a service and I expect to pay for the service and tip the stylist for that service. I immediately looked at Allan and explained that he had absolutely no right to speak to anyone in his chair in that tone of voice least of all a child. I told him if he needed my grandson to sit still and he wasn't listening then he just needed to get my attention and I would help out. Once I got my grandson settled down Allan then threw up his hands and said he was done! He wasn't!!!! He just quit cutting. Now this isn't the first time I've seen him exhibit this type of behavior. I've seen him yell at another stylist for "not helping out by answering the phone or speaking to walk ins". Yelling throughout the salon not caring who was there. Once again with a client in his chair but this time he finished the cut - didn't charge the client for his haircut. He slammed around for a few minutes grabbed his belongings and left. Poor service from Allan and a bad attitude. --- HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!! If Samantha hadn't "fixed and finished" his hair then we would have had a bigger issue. Thank you to Samantha and (I forget the other stylists name - sorry) for their help and assistance.
