I've been to this establishment on a regular basis for almost a year. Just walked out with my hair still wet because I'd been waiting for the stylist for 20+ minutes to get to me. Once again left waiting while she attended another double-booked appointment. My time isn't MORE valuable, but it's AS valuable as anyone else's. In this economy, I feel fairly confident my time and money will be better spent elsewhere. Front desk and ancillary staff are very good, great customer service. Hair stylist not so much. If my 5-weeks-out knee replacement wasn't killing me, I might've stuck it out, (made that clear before booking a month ago). I even switched the date at late notice, per her text request this past Saturday, and that wasn't the first time. I paid her for the color, but since she didn't get around to the cut after being there an hour after scheduled appointment time, my forbearance had been drained.
I had read all the reviews praising Jennifer's hair styling abilities so I decided to find out for myself. I am very pleased to be yet another fan of Jennifer's and loved the way she colored, cut and blow dried my hair. This salon is actually is a collection of independent stylists. It's not fancy, but it is well kept and comfortable. The receptionist was friendly and I was greeted by Jennifer within a few minutes of arriving for my appointment. I look forward to returning for my next service.
Jennifer was great! Came in on a Friday and when I walked in I was taken in immediately. The staff there are very friendly. I definitely will come back again to cut and color my hair next time. Would definitely recommend!
Top notch hair salon. Heather was terrific! She cut my hair like I wanted without cutting it too short. I was nervous at first being it was my first visit, but after meeting Heather felt like I've been going there a very long time. If you want a dynamite hair cut Heather is your lady. Great personality & very knowledgeable!
I had never been here before but I got an appointment with Courtney Vining. I'm always scared to get my hair done by someone I never met but I really hit the jackpot. She is really great with color and cut. I'm trying to grow my hair out and she cut my hair just right without cutting too much. I feel like a new woman.
