Poor customer service, and the nail technician who I suspect is an under the table "employee" had the simple task to do my pedicure and she even did that poorly and i was charged $40 dollars for a truly basic pedicure which is crazy since she had to start completely over on my big toe due to her error but I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT BE BACK
I went in for a manicure and pedicure, I have gel polish on both and came in from out of town needing my nails done. I am not from here so i read reviews and chose OPI Nails. They did an excellent job and charged me $100 for a mani pedi.....I WAS IN SHOCK...I'm from Boston and my friends yell at me when i spend my typical $90 on a mani pedi in a boutique salon with special equipment and nail care regimen. I got a manicure, a MANICURE for goodness sake and a pedicure, i was ready to spend 60 maybe 70 dollars not $100. Then I find out, they don't post their prices and just decide on the spot. AVOID THIS PLACE or ask for prices ahead of time...now if my nails looked like $100 nails I wouldn't even complain, cause i can afford it, but LORDY they don't. They look like $50 mani pedi nails and i got robbed. I paid my money, left NO TIP and got out....FYI I don't have acrylic nails, so my manicure and pedicure in a strip mall nail shop should not cost $100.

I made an appointment and requested a pink and white set.
I was greeted when I came in the door and that was the end of the conversation with the tech. Even though I did try on several occasions to talk with her.
Her brushes were dirty, The liquid that she used to coat my nails had debris floating in it.
She seemed exasperated that I wanted this, and I walked away $60 lighter and with ragged edges on all of the nails. I didn't ask them to fix it, because I didn't not want to spend another minute in this salon.
I can see why this business is unclaimed.
Great services ! My mom and I got pedicures and they took their time to make sure that we were satisfied. Honestly, this place gave me the best pedicure I had in a while. On top of being extremely friendly and welcoming! OPI Nails is a MUST try .
