Decent job, not the best and not the worst. I got a gel manicure and it took around an hour. The lady spent a long time buffing and cleaning up my cuticles but my nails aren't as square shaped as I would have hoped. Every salon says they charge to remove gel/shellac, but this is the only salon that has actually ever gone through with it for me.

I have been coming here for a few months for pedicures and once they figure out who will do my toes and I sit down in the chair they never ask me what service I want. They just start and they don't take their time with me as I see them take with others. I always pick up the pamphlet of services and tell them what I would like. They assume what I want and I don't find that professional or good customer service. Also, I took my young daughter to get a pedicure and her nail polish was done horribly and they lied about the price as she should have had a design included. They claim everything is extra when you ask and the price list is for all to see. There is no consistency.

NEVER EVER AGAIN.  If I could give a ZERO rating I would.  Went here 10 days ago for a new full set of acrylic nails.  Hadn't been to this salon in about 6 years but didn't have time to go across town to my usual one before leaving for an out of town trip.  It was a disaster.  On day 4 of my new set, a nail lifted and fell off- not broke-just fell off.  Got it fixed.  Next day at the airport, another lifted and fell off so I had to get that fixed on my trip.  Day 7 - 2 more FELL OFF.  I've had nails for years.  Never ever have I had them just fall off.  I've broken an occasional one, but never just fall off.  Looking at the back side of the fallen off nail you can see there's barely any glue holding the nail and my nail is smooth underneath.  There product is worthless.  Day 10 - I'm down to 2 nails left on my hands, plus the 1 I had fixed on my trip.  I paid $55 for a set that's crap.  They used inferior products that won't last under normal use.  I will NEVER go in there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst mani/pedi I have gotten. My finger nails were clipped so short, and unevenly, that they are down to the quick and are actually painful. My cuticles were not cleaned up, and there was still some dirt under my fingernail when she was finished. The polish was unevenly applied, and on some fingers it didn't even go to the edges. When I complained to the manager her solution was to have the women that did the mani/pedi fix it. Can't really fix nails cut to the quick. No refund. The polish was so poorly applied that I ended up removing it when we got home. I was having my nails done for a special event tonight, they look worse than when I went in!

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you can't tell from the other reviews the people that work here have no idea what they're doing and do not give a single crap about the quality of their work. Came here with a pretty simple nail idea and what I got looked nothing at all like the picture I showed. She didn't file my acrylics down at all really which left me with chunky looking nails. Super minimal effort and way over priced. I ended up paying 90 dollars including tip for just a full set which was ridiculous. I left the salon super unsatisfied but did not want to spend a second longer there so I didn't bother getting them fixed. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want chunky nails. Find anywhere else!!!
