I've been living in Henderson for over 10 years and just recently went into this shop. I sat down and was ignored for about 10 minutes until a nail tech named Tiffany took me. She instantly started talking Vietnamese and wasn't too responsive in what I wanted. She then proceeded to not clean my nails correctly and made my nails way more thicker than I wanted. The vibe of the shop overall was unsatisfactory and there so many better ones around I would go too. Safe yourself the time and drive.
Love them! They are so friendly and they do such a good job. They take their time doing your nails.
I went with two friends and we were all very happy with the experience and results. This was their first time at Ombre but I am a regular customer. Definitely recommend.
The wife and I went there because her regular salon was booked up , they took us right in for pedicures . The girl that took care of me did a fine job but I felt bad for my wife , they had a girl do her with no experience whatsoever she was watching everything my girl was doing and not catching on too well . She took an hour and a half to do my wifes feet and did a terrible job , even the polish was a disaster. They should never let someone do that and charge full price it was a first and last for us we will never go back.
