Rosie did a great job with doing a haircut and styling. I booked my appointment online (very easy process) and everything about my 1st-time visit was great! Friendly salon, clean, plenty of parking, skilled and talented hairstylist (Rosie), and great location. I will definitely be back Thank you, Rosie

I chose this place for the packages they had when I was looking at a salon to go for my wedding. They had amazing packages for hair, makeup, nails, and pedicure for $150! I thought what a great deal! As any bride I'm sure, I had pictures to show them for what I wanted and what I expected. My aunt, maid of honor, bridesmaid, and even my fiancé at the time went. My aunt got the full deal just like me. They did a good job with the pedicures. That's what my fiancé I had gotten too. They didn't massage your legs or feet like we had thought they would, but overall their work was good. I got my nails done as well. I think she did a fantastic job on the marble design I had wanted, BUT the nail shapes itself wasn't what I wanted. They're supposed to be coffin shaped and I had even asked her to shape them more but she didn't. Not all my nails are the same length. It's not super noticeable but I do see it. There are some nails that are oddly shaped like my pinky, and there are parts of my real nail that she did not cover, mostly the edges. So were they perfect? No. We're they bad? Not entirely. They were jst okay. I feel they're a bit bulky too, but I have seen worse. My bridesmaid and aunt got their nails done too but only gel, no acrylics. My maid of honor got her hair done and the stylist did a fantastic job on her! I was impressed and eager to see how mine would be! My aunt got her hair done next and it came out so beautifully! Truly reminded me of Frozen'a Elsa's hair without the long braid. Then came my turn... I showed her the picture and to my dismay she put one of those terrible sock buns in my hair. The worst part was that it wasn't even centered. It was to one side! I felt absolutely devastated. I wanted to cry. Again this is my wedding day and I wanted everything to be perfect. If you look good, you feel good! But I did not feel that I looked good at all. After I was done with my hair I got sent over to makeup. I had showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. I again had good faith that my makeup would turn out beautifully as the artist had done an amazing job with my aunt. My bridesmaids eyes were on point except for her foundation. As she is a woman of color they maybe didn't know how to match her skin tone and she came out looking a little ghostly. It was more obvious in the sunlight and photos. I had shown the lady what I had wanted and I got nowhere near what I had asked for. It didn't look bad, but it just wasn't what I had showed her. The picture I showed her had eyeshadow with a beautiful light gold glitter and my makeup was flat and matte. I didn't feel that I was glowing. I did strike up the courage to say I didn't like my hair and when they asked why and I pointed to the sock bun and asked if they could take it out, they didn't truly understand my point of view. I got extremely frustrated to the point where I jst said it was fine. They did end up centering the bun thing but again I didn't want it and they didn't listen to my needs. Overall they did a terrific job with my party, but with me personally I feel they failed. When I got home and met the photographers and they started taking photos I immediately felt so overwhelmed because I did not feel that I looked my best. My eyeliner was all wonky and I tried to fix it the best I could but quite frankly I just wanted to take a shower and start new. When the photographer showed me the pictures where he photographed me getting ready, you could very clearly see the sock bun. It wasn't even hidden properly. How embarrassing! As far as their salon they were clean and professional. The atmosphere was nice, and they even offered my wine. I don't know why they dropped the ball with me because I was the only one with complaints. Everyone else looked great.
