I love this salon! Alexandra and Lauren are quite the team of hairdressers too. I have very long, thick hair and whenever I make an appointment here Alexandra always allots me a couple hours for a full head of highlights and a cut. I came in on (7/19) and the salon was spotless, I got my usual highlights and cut, flew to Montreal that night for a wedding and was complimented by so many people. The whole vibe is always very relaxed when I come here and the girls are soo professional, I will be coming back for a long time. :)
Horrible salon!!! Don't waste your time or $. The owner Alexandra is flat out nasty and has zero customer service skills. Every other word out of her mouth is a cuss word. The mother Lauren acts and dresses like she's 16. They talk about other clients while you're in the chair. Also the salon always seemed to be empty. Not sure how they are even in business. Tons of better options on Westchester.
I am a loyalist. I have followed Alexandra to O Salon from another salon, where she used to work. She is amazing and her and Lauren always make me enter feeling welcome and leave feeling beautiful. They know what my curly hair is capable of and have provided me with gorgeous updos with staying power, beautiful blowouts, incredible color and cuts. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else and I have convinced friends to go here as well. They go because of my recommendation, but stay because Of Salon is really great at what they do.
Love this salon! Lauren and Alex two of the most welcoming people ever, and both excellent at their jobs. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and homey, and I've never left with a look I didn't love. Thank you both, see you soon!
