After having an awful Brazilian wax experience this past summer, I decided to give O'Hara a try and I am so glad I did! Lindsey is amazing and made the experience so nice. We spoke the entire time which helped me keep my mind off of things and I walked out of there knowing I am coming back anytime I need a wax service. I highly recommend this amazing local business!
I don't understand how this place gets so many good reviews? My mom went here for a "TRIM" and after an hour walked out with close to a buzz cut! Her hair was butchered and was now shorter than my dads hair. It's obvious that the stylist didn't listen to what she wanted and did their own thing. Yes, hair grows back but, she is absolutely furious and clearly upset. I'm so glad she has decided to never come here again and will now be going to my stylist who listens to what I say when I sit in her chair! Update to owner reply: I know you called her but, we will just have to see how many of those new people don't come to their next appointment! Have a nice day.
Couldn't be happier with my highlights and cut with hair stylist Grace. She made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. Haven't had a "go to" hair salon and stylist in awhile but this changes things!
