If you want to spend an hour plus or so waiting when you have an appointment or are told ten minutes then this is your place to go... I gave it two shots not to mention the staff is NOT Friendly!!
If I could give less than a one star I would after being a customer for years and excusing some of the bad attitude and laziness of some of the employees I have finally had enough. Today March 19 2023 I went in and waited about 15 minutes before anyone really ask me and my 2 daughters what we wanted. After a man walks in with his daughter we were finally approached. Mind you 2 people came in after we arrived they were approached and serviced fast. We patiently wait. The lady asked what we wanted and we told her. She then said the wait would be 35 to 40 minutes we said ok and continued to wait. Then she proceeded to the next customer. When he asked how long she tells him as she points to my daughter if they leave it will be a short wait but if they stay maybe hours. Then he says ok. Then she says again if the leave we can see you sooner. My daughter says we are fine with waiting. So she says to my daughter I'm just saying if y'all leave we can see others faster. My daughter then ask if you would like for us to leave you can just say that. Needless to say we left. We have been customers since 2019 and we will never return. The way you deliver customer service is everything.

This rating is for Lindy's dad. While she is on Xmas break he did my nails and my pedicure. I am always happy with his services. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. I can also tell he spoke to Lindy because he did some steps with my nails that only she does with me. Very pleased customer!
They are very rude. They don't have clean practices. Seriously, find another place to get eyebrows and nails done
