Number one nail has want down sent Kevin is not there as much anymore the other owner she have a very fuck up attitude very time this person not her acting like she don't want to do nail walking around with her nose up in the air very time they get a good person to work for them in 3 months they are gone. Number One Nails, North Oaks Plaza needs to be closed! They still insist on using old product and have old outdated nail polish colors. They push the "gel" nail because those colors are a little more update, but just regular nail polish colors suck!! I have seen roach after roach after roach in the waiting area as well as where you go to wash your hands. Kevin seems oblivious to even showing your any appreciation for doing business with him because you could have been coming there for two or ten years straight and he won't even give you a free "anything" on your birthday!! Never shows ANY appreciation for your business. Finally when we they learn to update their techniques with regards to nail designs and nail art. Go to school, seminars and keep up with new products. Making a complaint to whomever I need to regarding their housekeeping being unacceptable. Probably got all kinds of roaches in their rice supply in the back.
Number One Nails should be closed, nail techs are common theives that barely speak english but try to add a tip to your services when they write up the receipt for your services as if you are too stupid to add and know what you owe. They will polish over nails that have a fungus without treating the nail if you are too ignorant to speak up about it. The non english speaking tech tried to remove gel polish off of my toe nails with a nail drill, Kevin the trifling owner knows that they provide poor service but will defend their shady practice. I highly suggest that they be reported to the board that takes complaints for unsanitary as well as unsafe business practices.
very rude and ignorant with customers! nail tech (jenny) comes to work with a hangover and expects the customer to wait or come back later! then gets an attitude when the customer is displeased with her action! i will never enter this shop again! i didn't want to give them any stars but i had to press at least one! this shop does not hesitate to take your money but they don't show their customers any respect! i witnessed them laugh at a elderly black woman and pass her around like they were to good to do her pedicure! they discuss me!
