I needed a haircut and the Great Clips i previously have gone to had closed. So I found this location on Haggerty near the Commerce Meijer. The Primary reason I chose it was I'm used to Great Clips as a whole and usually the prices are a bit lower than other hair do places or so I thought. Signing in online was very easy and I was able to get there without much of any wait. I had not had any haircut in over 2yrs so my hair was long. The stylist had, her name is Sadina, was very professional and kept asking me how this felt, or how this side should look. I was impressed and happy she kept asking me, instead of just cutting and taking too much off. Overall she styled it fairly well and I am happy with the cut & look. The only thing that surprised me was the price. I cannot fathom why others had poor service from their own experiences there. Maybe in 6 months when I need a touch up or trim back, I hope Miss Sadina is still there.
Very rude person who cut my sweet mothers hair, had a coupon for 5 off and over charged me but didn't realize it until I was at home. Made us feel terrible when we arrived, drilling us on if we used on line scheduling. We did but still had to wait 30 minutes.
Lady who works there with the streaked purple hair, would completely avoid. Total attitude. Several disgruntled customers in waiting room. Choose another location to get your haircut. Her negative energy is not worth it. Will be calling their corporate office to file complaint as well.
I went in today for a haircut. I got Danielle as my stylist, she was very serious. Almost had a I'm better than you mentality. I don't appreciate that at all. I don't get my hair done to feel like this at a beauty salon. I will not be going back. She made me uncomfortable. I have anxiety, and it came out with her. She said hi to everyone else in there but me. That's really messed up. I'm never going here again. Lost my business for good. This place lost a good customer.
Doesn't listen and always leaves extra hair very very dirty and can't give good haircuts my son asked for a little bit off the top and they shaved it all off very mad never coming back
